Today you will mainly hear about Line Adam as composer or arranger. It is however as flutist that she began her career. She passionately started to study the instrument at only six years old and the numerous prizes she won, such as “Jeunes Talents” or “Jeunes Solistes” soon gave her the opportunity to play as soloist with various orchestras.

At 15 years old she holds the highest diplomas from the royal conservatories in Belgium and decides to explore the musical universe. She studies music direction, organ and piano. Very fast she will integrate improvisation, jazz and other styles. She has composed several music scores amongst which: William Z, Les Gens pressés sont déjà morts, Ferdinando, Harry Bogart, Water and the Haymoller brothers (DN), Chang (USA), Women in Development (D), La solidarité mon C… (Fr B), La Louve (FR3)…. She also composes for theatre (1914, Le grand Cabaret by Les baladins du miroir) and for renowned record labels such as Koka Media, BMG France, Cezame Argile, Caracol Music, Adasong, Frédéric Leibovitz Editeur, Home Records.be… Finally, she directs the polyphonic choir “I canta storia” and has just signed an arrangement of “The Queen of Spades” (Tchaïkovski) for strings and solo voice. She currently is composing for an album on the subject of the “great Belgians”.
